- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
- Provide leadership and support to achieve collective goals.
- **Networking**:

- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
