Fmcg Sales Manager

Al Jassim Group is seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our **FMCG Trading Department** as **Sales Manager.**
**Requirement**:
Experience : 8+ Years
Position : Sales Manager
Location : Qatar
**Objective**
“To ensure effective and smooth sales operation with strategic leadership and direction on future vision along with continue achieving the desired results in terms of business volume, profitability, market share and maintaining healthy business relationships both in retail and corporate sector”
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop business plan, sales strategy and mechanism in order to achieve the results
- Develop healthy business relationship in corporate sector, retail, HORECA that helps in business expansion.
- Develop sales operation policies and procedures that enhance the efficiency of the business.
- Enhance the nationwide distribution network and ensure the presence of all our brands to the targeted level.
- Exploring new businesses, new markets through surveys and technical reports
- Develop sales incentive scheme for the retail, HORECA and corporate business, roll-out and its follow up.
- Close coordination with marketing department for sales promotion plan
- Structure the pricing and continue review the prices under the market trend and competitors position.
- Analysis of each brand, its sales, profitability, cost, inventory, positioning, placement, merchandising
- Assist Director Business Development in feasibility of acquiring new brands and expanding the portfolio in regional market.
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure adequate inventory of all brands and SKUs at all time.
- Work closely with finance department to ensure timely collection and clearing of all outstanding in the market
- Continuous development of the sales team skills
- Lead and motivate the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Any other tasks/projects as assigned by the management from time to time.

- Managing inventory level/working capital
- Development of new markets
- Introduction of new brands
