Catering Officer

**Client : Oil & Gas**

**DEPARTMENT: UPSTREAM OPERATIONS**

**SECTION: SUPPORT SERVICES**

**LOCATION: RAS LAFFAN AND AL KHOR**

To provide full support to Support Services/Catering section day to day activities,

Catering Supervisor Responsibilities

1. Assists Catering Officer in the day to day administration of Catering activities and services.

2. Coordinate and administer full range of catering activities and services at all Dolphin Energy locations

3. Assists in monitoring the performance of the catering contractor and their assigned staff to ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures and QHSE standards.

4. Monitors catering service and hygiene standards including food production, presentation and cleanliness, food service and customer service.

5. Ensures healthy, balanced and diverse menus and menu cycles are set to suit various nationalities

6. Ensures the highest levels of quality standards. Coordinates with QHSE and contractors to promote food safety and hygiene standards Ensures regular inspection of kitchen and canteen areas to control hygienic standards of food handling and preparation processes

**Qualifications & Experience (Minimum Requirements)**

Educational Requirements / Qualifications: (Formal education and professional qualifications)

Bachelor Degree

Food Safety Certificate

Experience: (Years required for an acceptable level of performance.)

**Minimum of 3 years of related (operational & administrative) experience in a large organization** **preferably in oil/gas catering / hospitality environment**

Working as chef is an advantage

Working knowledge of contract management

Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment

Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

Fluent in English

Valid Qatar Driving License

**Salary**: QAR3,800.00 - QAR4,100.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Oil and Gas: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- GCC Driving License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ras Laffan Industrial City (required)
