- Manage Price Quotations Requests and maintain the best service to customers.
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document filing.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases with confidentiality and precision.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Assist in HR and financial administrative tasks as required.
- Support senior management with administrative duties.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
