**About the Role**

We are seeking an accomplished Administration/Office Manager to lead our administrative functions at lxbfYeaa. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate various administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • System Design: Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and implement efficient administration systems.
  • Policy Development: Assist in creating and communicating administrative policies and procedures to all stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of employee information.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance, support, and direction to the administration teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external clients to deliver high-quality services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of shared office spaces, services, and facilities.
  • Leave Administration: Effectively manage leave requests and approvals for all employees.

**Requirements:**

  • A relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor's level.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (GCC Preferred).
