**Responsibilities**:

- Lead negotiations for complex commercial contracts related to medical products, services, and partnerships, balancing the interests of all parties involved.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, sales, and finance, to develop comprehensive contract strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks, propose appropriate modifications, and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on contract-related matters, offering proactive solutions to mitigate risks and enhance contract performance.
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting through execution and renewal, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Monitor contract performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize contract outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging best practices in commercial medical contracting, integrating relevant insights into contract management processes.
- Mentor and support junior contract specialists, fostering their professional development and ensuring continuity of knowledge within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in contract management or a related field, with a focus on commercial contracts within the medical industry.
- In-depth understanding of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards applicable to the medical sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-value commercial contracts, demonstrating strategic thinking and sound judgment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical acumen, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify creative solutions to complex contractual issues.
- Proficiency in contract management software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities effectively and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Pay: QAR16,000.00 per month
