**Job Summary**:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our event and floral services, as well as creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients, event planners, and venues to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the events and hospitality sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, attending events, and leveraging social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, hotels, and venues.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our floral and event services across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage social media accounts and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotions to showcase services and attract new clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and consultations to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with the operations and floral design teams to ensure seamless delivery of services for events.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:

- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and client feedback.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline, market conditions, and marketing strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the events, floral, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of floral design, event planning, or related services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Creative and results-driven mindset, with the ability to execute marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, client-focused setting, including weekends and evenings as needed.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
