LNG TRADING

**Primary purpose of job**
Lead a team of LNG Operators who manage the day to day shipping activities of theQET global portfolio ensuring that

contractual obligations are met. Ensure that QET’s procedures and processes are maintained and updated to deliver

efficiency on delivered volumes and to drive continuous improvement in the team to achieve stretched targets.

**Experience & Skills**
Minimum at least 15 years' experience in commercial operations including 3 years' in LNG operations with leading IOCs,

NOCs or reputable trading companies.

At least 2 years of managerial experience with a minimum of 3 team members

Strong knowledge of LNG Freight Operations on a variety of different contracts across different geographies will be

beneficial.

Ability to leverage on functional support and provide high quality options and opinions to commercial stakeholders.

Ability to identify risk and opportunity in complex operational circumstances.

A key criterion is to be able to operate within a non-standard environment where the counterparty requires and expects

considerable support and at the same time be able to gently introduce standardization and efficiency

Multi-disciplinary knowledge and broad competence is required in areas such as trading, risk control, sales operations,

commercial, financial, contract administration, legal, economic analysis and projects.

Sales management and commercial operations skills must have been

demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments, including client-relationship management.

Excellent negotiation skills, communication and interpersonal skills.

Top level written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent client and internal stakeholder management skills.

Ability to take fast risk-based decisions, sometimes based on limited amount of information.

**Education**
Bachelor degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration or equivalent from an internationally recognized university.

Postgraduate Qualification (MSc. or MBA) preferred.
