Business Development Executive Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development cum Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Creative Vision company, in Qatar.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly report progress to the management.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
**Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule installations, deliveries, and site visits in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's blinds and curtains product range.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and customization options.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and project status.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and project progress.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities.
- Use market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude.
**Additional Requirements**:
- A valid driver's license
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to travel, as required, for client meetings and site visits.
**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
