Sales Support Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to sales team to achieve and exceed assigned sales/revenue targets by effectively managing the business area and assisting in creating maximum awareness of Discover Qatar.

The role also manages office support for Discover Qatar sales team in handling contracts and day-to-day account management of trade partners and manage administrative requirement of the department.

Other key responsibilities are:

- Responsible to ensure that all requests received are actioned timely within the department's SLA for both internal and external customers.
- Manage the process of account profiles setup and system updates to provide support to sales team and ensure tariff sheets are updated and accurate.
- Manage administrative support in tour operator contracts and CMS workflow to support sales team.
- Prepare and provide monthly sales reports to the sales team and management as and when required.
- Investigate, document and report all potential concerns related to B2B agents booking issues to management for corrective solutions.
- Ensure tour operators and other client’s details are kept up to date, accurate, reflected in all databases, and readily available for management's access.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Discover Qatar Team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of job-related experience
- Computer literate with a strong understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong command of English
