Administrative Sales Support

We need an Administrative Sales Support to assist our sales team at Qatarliving. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales and customer records, preparing monthly sales reports, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities- You will be required to have a strong understanding of Excel and experience in creating quotations and tenders.
- Research and identify potential suppliers for tenders and quotations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customers.
- Prepare detailed monthly sales reports.
- Support the sales team with other administrative duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone and email.
- Follow up on outstanding sales quotations.
- Solve administrative issues by finding solutions and implementing them.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- A transferable visa with a valid QID is essential.
- Standard office hours apply (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- The total compensation includes salary and transportation benefits.
- Transportation is provided for specific designated areas only.
