We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As an essential member of our organization, this role will involve coordinating various administrative functions, focusing on HR and accounting support, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Office Administration: Oversee the reception area, ensuring professional and courteous reception services, and coordinate vendor and supplier relationships.
  2. Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports, while assisting with basic accounting tasks.
  3. HR Support: Assist with HR policies and procedures implementation and compliance, while coordinating employee training and development activities.
  4. Financial Management: Assist with financial record-keeping, budget monitoring, and financial reporting as required.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, human resources, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to HR, accounting, procurement, document control, and/or legal officer positions.
