**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's objectives and local laws and regulations.
- Lead the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Oversee employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee-related matters.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Develop and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits program.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the media industry.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
