- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and secure repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their specific cleaning needs.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning, facility management, or hospitality industry. Proven sales management experience, ideally in a service-oriented industry.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership ability, capable of managing teams and driving operational excellence while also leading sales initiatives.
- **Sales Expertise**: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that deliver results. Proven experience in client acquisition, negotiations, and closing deals.
- **Communication & Languages**: Excellent communication skills, in English, Urdu/Hindi and Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- **Organizational & Time Management Skills**: Ability to manage both operational tasks and sales responsibilities simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Solutions-oriented approach with a proven track record of efficiently resolving operational challenges and closing complex sales.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Strong understanding of cleaning industry best practices, equipment, and chemicals. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the cleaning sector.
