What You'll Do
- Play a pivotal role in cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges.
- Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation.
- Thoughtfully communicate insights, steering decisions and overseeing change execution.
- Lead key workstreams autonomously, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

What You'll Bring

Please note, to be eligible for this, you have to currently be pursuing a full-time MBA degree with a graduation date in 2025.
- 4-7 years’ work experience.
- Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams is a plus.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with an unparalleled attention to detail.
- Proven ability in critical thinking and solution creation.
- Agility in shifting between various projects and teams.
- You articulate strategies and insights with precision, ensuring messages resonate with our global clients.
- Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to evolving project landscapes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic language is a plus.
- Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements
- Able to take ownership of project module structuring and planning work to deliver desired results
- Able to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to other team members and senior clients.
- Able to manage client team members and build relationships.
