As an Experienced Tailor, you will be responsible for creating, altering, and repairing garments according to customer specifications and company standards. You will work with a variety of fabrics and designs, ensuring that each piece meets our quality criteria. Your expertise in tailoring will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the garment industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create custom garments according to design specifications and measurements.
- Sew fabrics using industrial sewing machines and hand-stitching techniques.
- Ensure precise cutting, stitching, and finishing of garments.
- Perform alterations on ready-made garments to fit customers perfectly.
- Repair damaged or defective garments by mending tears, replacing zippers, and re-sewing seams.
- Take accurate measurements of clients to ensure the perfect fit.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments based on customer feedback.
- Inspect finished garments for quality and consistency.
- Ensure that all products meet the company’s high standards before delivery.
- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on fabric selection, styles, and garment care.
- Work closely with designers, pattern makers, and other tailors to ensure seamless production.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a tailor in the garment industry.
- Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and tailoring tools.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and patterns.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to take accurate measurements and perform high-quality alterations.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and a keen eye for fashion and design.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- You Have Experience in Female Clothing's: 3 years (required)
