As a **Sales Account Manager**, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts within the Qatar market, focusing on ICT sales. You will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored IT solutions that meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share in **IT hardware, software, cybersecurity, servers, and UPS** within the Qatar market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their specific IT needs and providing customized solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive account management and strategic selling.
- Provide technical guidance and collaborate with pre-sales engineers to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest technology solutions in ICT.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years of sales experience** in the **Qatar market**, specifically in ICT sales (IT hardware, software, cybersecurity, server solutions, and UPS systems).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar market, with a solid network of contacts in the IT and corporate sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with a customer-first approach.
- Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and power solutions (UPS).
- Fluent in **English**; proficiency in **Arabic** is a plus.
- Valid NOC is must.
