**Sales Executive Job Description**
- Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all the outlets unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies and those of the competition.
- Work closely with the Sales Department as the point of contact for all Food & Service-related bookings and enquiries, in close coordination with the Outlet Managers to promote items at special events and occasions.
- Achieve all individual Hotel Food & Service-related sales targets in your area by maintaining and creating a close relationship with customers.
- Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various sales activities and create awareness of the hotel outlets and facilities through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections etc. to ensure complete coverage of own portfolio of accounts and achieve set targets and maximum possible productivity.
- Ensure that all incoming requests are addressed within 24 hours to avoid customer complaints and loss of business.
- Always display a pleasant manner and positive attitude to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues to avoid internal or external complaints.
- Provide feedback to the Manager/General Manager of Food & services on changing market conditions, review direct competition and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies.

**Education, Qualifications & Experiences**
- You should be holding preferably a hospitality degree. Good computer skills and a perfect command of English is a must.
- Hindi/Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Must have experience in Handling Star Hotels & Restaurants.
- Ability to build PR in the trade
- Experience in Launching New products
- Qatar ID/Visa is mandatory

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Primary (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Food & Services: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:
