Sales Executive Food

**General Description**:As a Sales Executive in the food and beverage industry, you'll be at the forefront of driving our company's growth and success. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base and increasing sales revenue through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service. Aligned with our commitment to delivering high-quality products and outstanding service, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. With your passion for sales and dedication to excellence, you'll play a crucial part in achieving our business objectives and elevating our brand in the market.
**Job & Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Duties**:
**1. **Coordinate with the business development team of Al Jedad Holding in the direction of the sales strategy implementation for food & beverage stream of the Group.
**2. **Recommend pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
**3. **Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products/services based on market demand
**4. **Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
**Operational Duties**:
**5. **Research and prospect potential clients in the food and beverage industry.

**7. **Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
**8. Sales Targets**:
**9. **First Quarter: Secure 30 contracts, each worth approximately QR1,500.
**10. **Second Quarter: Secure 40 contracts, each worth approximately QR1,500.
**11. **Third Quarter: Secure 50 contracts, each worth approximately QR1,500.
**12. **Identify and approach potential clients in ministries, schools, universities, banks, business centers, and coffee shops
**13. **Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in these institutions
**14. **Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to potential clients.
**15. **Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
**16. **Track and analyze sales performance against targets.
**17. **Attending industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and build connections.
**18. **Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the food and beverage industry.
**19. **Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
**20. **Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**21. **Maintain a deep understanding of the company's food and beverage products and their benefits.

- Profit Margins: Profitability of sales after considering costs and pricing strategies.

- Customer Retention Rate: Percentage of customers retained over a specified period.
- Customer Satisfaction Score: Scores from customer satisfaction surveys.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measure of how likely customers are to recommend the company’s products.
- Repeat Purchase Rate: Percentage of customers making repeat purchases.
- Customer Feedback: Volume and quality of feedback received from customers.

- Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated from various sources.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into paying customers.
- Sales Cycle Length: Average time taken to close a sale from initial contact to final agreement.
- Event Participation: Number of industry events and networking opportunities attended.
- Deal Closure Rate: Percentage of deals closed compared to total opportunities.

- Product Knowledge: Assessment scores or feedback on product training and understanding.
