**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative menu concepts tailored to our ghost kitchen and catering operations.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including recipe development, cooking techniques, and plating presentations.
- Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen expenses to meet budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably in cloud kitchen or catering operations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Creative flair and passion for developing unique and innovative menu offerings.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
