Au sein de la Direction Moyen-Orient, **Axians Qatar,** crée en 2020, répond au marché des télécommunications dans les domaines des services publics, de la cybersécurité OT et des réseaux industriels au Qatar.

Nous recherchons un(e) **Responsable d’Affaires Infrastructures Réseaux / Telecom** pour rejoindre nos équipes en pleine croissance.

**Activités principales**
Sous la responsabilité du Chef d’Entreprise, vous proposez à vos clients une prestation globale, de la conception / réalisation à la maintenance, de projets de mise en œuvre de solutions IP / MPLS au sein des réseaux de nos clients. Vous assurez la fidélisation des relations commerciales et êtes garant(e) de la rentabilité de vos affaires.

Vous avez la responsabilité d’affaires dans leur intégralité:

- Entretenir la relation client et développer un portefeuille client
- Réponse aux appels d’offres : évaluer les besoins client, établir les devis, diriger l’équipe chiffrage, mettre en œuvre la stratégie de négociation
- Dialogue technique avec le client : être force de propositions dans l’élaboration de documents de conception et d'ingénierie
- Superviser l’installation, la configuration, la mise en service et la maintenance des équipements
- Coordonner les équipes sous sa responsabilité
- Encadrer les équipes de réalisation en toute sécurité : appliquer et faire appliquer les règles de sécurité et de qualité
- Suivre les opérations jusqu’à la fin des obligations contractuelles : être garant du respect du cahier des charges sur le plan technique, qualité, coût et délai
- Suivi budgétaire et financier de l’avancement des affaires ainsi que la facturation et les encaissements
- Reporting régulier à la Direction

**_Contrat de travail de droit français - expatrié_**

De formation supérieure Bac+5 type école d'ingénieurs en Télécommunications ou Informatique, vous justifiez d'une expérience technique et/ou commerciale réussie en gestion d’affaires d’au moins 5 ans acquise sur le terrain en conception/ingénierie, racking et stacking d'équipements IT/Telecom, mise en œuvre et maintenance de solutions IP/MPLS chez un fournisseur de services ou dans le secteur des services publics.

Prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux challenges, vous êtes doté(e) d'une **forte sensibilité technique**:

- Une forte compréhension des réseaux WAN, une compréhension des réseaux de télécommunications dans le secteur des services publics est fortement appréciée,
- Solide compréhension des concepts de réseaux TCP/IP et IP/MPLS, des sous-réseaux et du modèle OSI
- Bonne connaissance pratique du routage et commutation IP, IP Voice et IP MPLS
