We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative with experience in selling IT (Information Technology) products, including hardware and software. As a Field Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving sales of our IT products directly to prospective clients within designated territories or industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for IT products, including hardware and software.

2. Identify and qualify leads, prospecting new clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT products.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of field sales efforts with company objectives.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories.

7. Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

8. Provide regular updates to management on field sales activities, including sales pipeline, forecasts, and market insights.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven track record of success in field sales of IT products, with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong understanding of IT products and technologies, including hardware (e.g., servers, networking equipment) and software (e.g., enterprise software, SaaS solutions).

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients in face-to-face interactions.

4. Demonstrated ability to drive sales in a field environment, manage a territory and meet sales targets.
