**Objectives**
The **Front of House Manager** supervises and controls all Front of House and Dining areas to the standards laid down by the Company, maximizing revenues and profits to agreed budgetary limits.
- To circulate regularly throughout all Front of House areas, maintaining a high profile with guests and staff.
- To ensure accurate and timeouts submission of all reports and administrative work.
- To hold regular meetings with all Heads of Department. To ensure that manning levels are correct, and these are not exceeded without permission.
- To ensure maximum security in all areas under your control.
- To act as Duty Manager when required.
- To attend Management Meetings as required.
- To hold regular performance appraisals with all Front liner staff, identifying areas for development and training needs and ensuring that this training is affected.
- To carry out or ensure that regular On-the-Job training is taking place to agreed standards.
- To ensure that all Front of House staff is correctly and smartly dressed at all times.
- To ensure that all Front of House areas are clean and tidy at all times, including exterior area.
- To ensure that guests are greeted, promptly and courteously.
- To be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints.
- Schedules parties and reservations, and greets and escorts guests to seating arrangements
- Receives, issues, and takes inventory of supplies and equipment, and reports shortages to designated personnel.
- Analyzes operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establishes controls.
- Generate MIS reports on a regular basis as developed and agreed by the management.
- Promote group mission, vision and demonstrate corporate values.
- Ensure that all activities are being performed in accordance with approved systems and procedures.
- Avoid wastage _at _company _resources _& _contribute towards _better _environment._
- To protect company's assets, resources, interest, image, information, data etc.
- Good communication, coaching, guiding and counseling skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Highly organized, analytical and decision-making abilities
Note
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
