- Lead and coordinate the structural design and analysis of projects
- Oversee the preparation and review of structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters
- Diversified experience in multi-disciplinary projects, High rise, commercial, hotels, hospitality, shopping Centers with big engineering consultancy firms
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop project requirements and design solutions
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and compliance with codes and standards
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure that all designs and construction documents comply with applicable codes and regulations
- Review and respond to RFIs and change orders during construction phase
- Extensive experience with structural /civil analysis software, including RISA-3D, STAAD Proand ETABS etc. and general business software
- UPDA / MMUP Grade A is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural design engineering
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Experience with structural analysis and design software
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
- MMUP Grade A is a must
- Prefer resident in Qatar with NOC
