- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structure Design Engineer with UPDA certification (Grade A or B) to join our esteemed organization. As a Senior Structure Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our engineering team, providing expertise in structural design and analysis for various construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in structural engineering to lead and oversee the design and analysis of complex structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and efficient structural designs that meet client requirements.
- Conduct thorough structural assessments, feasibility studies, and calculations to determine the viability and integrity of proposed designs.
- Prepare and review detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to integrate structural designs seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers during the construction phase, resolving any design-related issues or challenges that may arise. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- UPDA certification with Grade A or B is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural design engineering, preferably with a consultant or reputed contracting company.
- Expertise in using industry-standard software tools for structural design and analysis, such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including but not limited to ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, and local regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex structural designs for a variety of construction projects, including high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential structural issues proactively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
