1. Coordinate/ ensure that the loading/off-loading of trucks is done in accordance with the related schedules of Inbound/Outbound shipments and related SOPs.
2. Coordinate and monitor the picking operation in accordance with the time schedules and SOP with third parties or with staff
3. Coordinate with the Sales team for any reinvoice, and copies of invoices requested.
4. Check with 3rd party warehouse team that orders are received and processed in WMS
5. Follow up with the 3PL by taking care of the goods return and posting it on SAP on time
6. Maintain daily pending invoices and share it with Sales Team for follow-up.
7. Maintaining all LPOs and supporting documents for deliveries
8. Develop multiple reports such as loading details, Return details, POD / OTIF, Container Temp, KPI’s achievement and share them with concerned parties
9. Control timely communication with the Sales team to perform stock allocation on time
10. Analyze different Sales Orders statuses on SAP, and send the Outbound Monitor communication to all stakeholders, including Sales teams and Logistics
11. Follow up on the timely picking confirmation, invoice printing, manifest creation, and goods issue on SAP
**Academic Background**
- Bachelor’s degree**Desirable requirements**
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people
- Flexibility to work during the day or the night shift, rest days, and holidays if required
- Computer Skills - Office, SAP
- Strong organizacional skills;
- Self-control and a good team player
- Flexible, proactive, a learner, and able to effectively work within a team.
- Passionate person, with a sense of urgency and responsibility.
- The ability to work flexibly and make decisions quickly
**Experience**
