Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GETP Group. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, direct visitors to the appropriate personnel, and maintain a professional image of the reception area.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, receive and sort correspondences, and provide accurate information in-person and via email.
  • Scheduling: Update calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare correspondence on behalf of the management.
  • Security: Maintain office security by controlling access and monitoring logbooks.
  • Document Management: Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and letters as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Executive Secretary.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
