Job Description: Bakery Assistant - **Fatayer Maker** and **Chapati Maker**

Monthly Salary: QAR 2,800 to QAR 3,000 (Full package / All in)

**Overview**: As a Fatayer Maker / Chapati Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of mouthwatering fatayer, a popular Middle Eastern pastry filled with various savory or sweet fillings, and chapati. Your expertise in working with dough and creating the perfect balance of flavors will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of food quality and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Dough Preparation: Prepare the dough using the appropriate ingredients and techniques, ensuring it has the right texture and consistency to create soft and flaky fatayer.

Filling Creation: Develop and mix a diverse range of fillings, such as meat, cheese, spinach, or other traditional ingredients, while ensuring they meet our quality and taste standards.

Fatayer Shaping: Skillfully shape the dough and add the fillings, maintaining uniformity in size and appearance to produce visually appealing and appetizing fatayer.

Baking: Operate and monitor the ovens, ensuring the fatayer are baked to perfection, with golden-brown crusts and fully cooked fillings.

Quality Control: Adhere to strict quality control standards, ensuring that every fatayer meets the highest quality and taste expectations before serving to customers.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and exciting fatayer flavors, staying updated on current food trends and customer preferences.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and ordering ingredients to ensure a continuous supply of fresh and high-quality materials.

Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest industry techniques and practices related to fatayer making, and be willing to participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Fatayer Maker or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and familiarity with traditional fatayer recipes.
- Proficient in dough preparation and shaping techniques.
- Ability to create diverse and flavorful fillings.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative flair and willingness to experiment with new flavors and combinations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
