Position Summary:
The head baker is responsible for baking advanced baked goods and leading the bakery and pastry team. Instruct and supervise subordinates in the preparation of baked items, adopt new methods to vary the menu, recommend the need for new equipment or changes in existing equipment, and ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsible for overseeing all kitchen activities, including food preparation, production, and staff management and training. ** Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production. **Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment regularly to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order. ** Looks after the full bread and pastries production line. **Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen. ** Prepare various goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc. following traditional and modern recipes. **Able to produce all baked goods, including artisan bread and rolls, muffins, Danish, croissants, doughnuts, etc. ** Able to develop, design, or create new ideas and items for the Pastry Kitchen. **Create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage customers' interest. ** Ensure excellent quality throughout the baked bread and the dessert offerings. **Follows proper handling and the right temperature of all food products. ** Decorate pastries and desserts using different toppings, etc., and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting. **Coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation. ** Supervise and coordinate all baked items & pastry and dessert preparation and presentation. **Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. ** Assists in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
