About the role

You will be required to supervise & provide technical assistance to the team towards end-to-end management of device issuance and receival process.

You will continuously analyze intake projection and the devices in stock to arrive at an estimated number of devices and accessory requirement. Evaluate available resources for procurement, seek necessary approvals for allocation of required budget for expenditure as well as liaising and establishing contact/contract with supplier to procure devices, related accessories, and after sales services.

You shall manage, control, and protect the department's IT assets (i.e., mobility-based devices and its accessories) throughout from acquisition until final disposal, including collecting, maintaining required documentation

You will regularly review existing IT systems for device management in light of changing business models to compile features required to enhance system capabilities and also work closely with the IT department to implement new features to enhance inventory, asset issuance tracking and device management systems and also remove technical snags.

You will part of planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the newly introduced features and system functionality as agreed in functional specification document.

You will be required to maintain communication with several stakeholders and perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of Department.

**Qualifications**:
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of job-related experience required or High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
- Project management certification or an IT Support Professional Certification in device management will be preferred.

It is essential to have
- Experience in mobile device support, Procurement and inventory management, IT systems support.
- Experience in device management, issuance and; ability to identify process / system inefficiencies and suggest improvements, IT system development, testing & quality assurance.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Ability to meet required deadlines, result oriented.
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- Flexibility to work on shifts to support 24/7 operations
- Excellent command of English language & Business communication
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
