**Recruitment Management**
- Review and approve offers and contracts of employment for all employees.
- Develop plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring within Aspetar
- Develop creative recruitment solutions in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff, in particular during downturn and slow recruitment periods.
- Ensure employment contracts are accurate and complete.
- Develop a workforce plan around recruitment and selection based on the strategic goals of Aspetar
- Liaise with the Recruitment staff to implement and evaluate the strategic recruitment and retention plans to meet Aspetar human capital needs as per workforce strategy.
- Support Qatarization by liaising with the Head of Learning & Development.
- Monitor and administer all job profiles and descriptions in Aspetar.
- Develop and oversee the orientation programme and the employee handbook.
- Select and administer a list of approved recruitment agents.
- Support all departments on the recruitment needs and plans.
- Assist in the implementation of AZF’s strategy in line with AZF’s vision and mission.
- Assist in reviewing detailed departmental processes, policies and procedures noting and rectifying deficiencies.
- Assist in aligning various departments’ policies and ensure consistency.
- Assist the organisation in achieving high quality standards.
- Adhere to departmental budgets and ensure optimal utilization of all available resources
- Assist in monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, to ensure work is completed out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a world class service.
- Ensure cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.
- Share ideas and viewpoints to further streamline processes, thus driving efficiency and improvements across the organization
- Assist in preparing reports including developing recommendations for corrective action and presenting reports and recommendations.
- Assist on business plans; preparing for approval by department or division head and presenting program business plans.
- Motivate team members and contribute to the identification of opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programmes and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
- Provide guidance and direct input to the development plans and performance management of direct reports to meet the Aspetar objectives.
- Acting consistently in accordance with clear ethics and values while utilising diversity for the good of individuals and the organisation
- Assume or accept any other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor within the position role and responsibility.

**Necessary knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job**

9-11 years in HR. 3-6 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.

**Education and Certification requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or similar field is required
- Professional qualification in Human Resources (e.g. SPHR. CIPD) is preferable
