**About the role**

We are hiring for your skills to be dedicated to the Commercial Division, which is led by our Chief Commercial Officer and provides support across our Sales, Marketing, Digital, Loyalty, Revenue Management, Corporate Planning and Discover Qatar business. In this role, you will be leading on all HR matters by acting as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to Senior Leadership on human capital management matters. Understand the business units’ commercial strategy, activities and needs and connect them with specialists from the HR Division to provide specific HR solutions. Focus on aligning the HR strategy to the business strategy and practices to support robust business growth, reinforce a culture of performance and align with Group HR policy. Manage the HRBP team.

Other operational duties would include:

- Take part in the development of the Divisional HR strategic business plan and alignment with the Group HR strategy.
- Develop a Division HR strategic / people plan in line with the Group HR strategic / people plan and Division strategic business plan including performance management, engagement and communication.
- Through Centres of Excellence, drive strategy for expert areas e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Remuneration and Benefits, Workforce Planning and Policies, Employee Communication and Engagment.
- To project manage and lead on assigned HR projects assigned from Group HR in order to support process change, developments and policy and procedural reviews.
- Know the business, the strategy and business drivers, products, budgets, forecasts, and employee issues, enabling a solutions focused approach. Understand the targets, challenges and preferences of the key influencers.
- Effectively manage change, consult with the Commercial Division to effectively achieve and adapt to change to support business outcomes.
- Organisational Design - Ensure that the organisation is appropriately designed to deliver organisation objectives in the short and long-term and that structural change is effectively managed.
- Insights, Strategy and Solutions - Develop a deep understanding of business areas, the organisation and the context in which it operates. Using business understanding and data analytics, develop HR strategy and actionable HR insights and solutions to drive initiatives that benefit and align to the business strategy.

**About You**

We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, passionate and experienced professional to join the Commercial HR Business Partnering Team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
- A recognized accreditation in Human Resources.
- Experience with specific HR Business Partner responsibilities managed across multiple Senior Key Stakeholders
- Experience working in Fast Paced, Dynamic environment
