**Department**
TRADING RISK & FINANCE

**Primary purpose of job**
Evaluate the market risk of QET’s growing LNG portfolio, as well as the effectiveness of strategies used to hedge it.

QET and Group stakeholders, whilst also implementing and owning the controls required to manage it.

**Experience & Skills**
15 Years or more relevant work experience in Commodity/Energy trading, either directly within or in a role closely

supporting, a Market Risk Management team

Knowledge of the typical trade lifecycle for physical LNG, Oil or other waterborne commodities, as well as typical derivatives

used to hedge it (e.g., OTC Swaps, Cleared Swaps and Futures)

Commodity trade valuation and price risk exposure calculation. Similarly, evaluating and explaining the VaR of such trading

positions is also a necessity,

Experience in working with Trading Risk Management systems and their valuations and exposure outputs.

Proven communication and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter, able to take complete ownership and finish tasks to tight timelines.

Detailed knowledge of ETRM systems use is a requirement.

**Education**
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or
equivalent numerical/financial discipline, from an internationally recognized university.
