Sales Specialist

About the role:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for executing all sales activities assigned to reach both financial and profitable targets. Provides world class service to Qatar Executive customers through exceptional commitment and self-managed pro-activity. Works totally committed to customer satisfaction, revenue generation and aligned with achieving the monthly set individual revenue targets.
**Additional responsibilities**:
**Operational**- To research for new market opportunities in the Business aviation through follow up with existing client requests to gain market share and new requests to increase flights and revenue.- Map out the potential customers and competitors by following up on each request. Prepare customer profiles to deliver the best services by understanding flight profiles, aircraft preferences, seasonality and competition they might us to generate new revenue and increase share of wallet from existing sources.- Correspond with prospects and clients in a timely and accurate manner by keeping our clients updated even if we are waiting for an answer to ensure we are always the go to operator for their requires.- Effectively sell QE fleet to customers by listening carefully to their requirements and proposing the best solution we can offer based on their requirements, ensuring we keep a high conversation ratio and drive revenue to the bottom line.- To maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale by listening to client requests and delivering the most suitable proposal and bringing the flight to fruition.- To recognize, file and alert the department manager and colleagues of trends in customer calls by collating feedback from both voice and electronic format and feeding the information along with suggestions to the department manager.- Liaise closely with the finance departments to ensure payment has been received prior to departure to ensure that we do not expose ourselves to any liability or unnecessary cost.- To prepare accurate and professional commercial offers, contracts and presentations to the highest of standard having listened to the exacting requirements and making it as easy as possible for the client to confirm the flight with us generating revenue.- Support sales and marketing department with assigned projects such as researching and purchasing of target advertising in all media for niche markets by making short lists of potential outlets for opportunities that would potentially be good avenues for QE.- Provide monthly commercial reports to management on competitive environment and overall sales and marketing activities execution that gives insight into what the competition are doing, how position and pricing is perceived in the market to ensure we have great visibility and capitalize on market share.

Qualifications
About you:
Without a Degree:
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma- Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
**OR**
With a Degree:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
Essential- Experience in luxury goods related industry.- Ability to work in a fast paced and complex environment.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Strong customer service skills.- Proficiency with standard office programs- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills, and cooperative attitude.- Ability to engage and negotiate with business owners and decision makers.- Strong analytical skill and data manipulation skills to enable production of business information and analysis.- Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from clients and stakeholders- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Preferred- Customer service or sales background.- Business aviation or luxury product/service experience.
