Develop training and development programs.
- Develop, implement and maintain corporate HR policies and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters
- Assist in developing and implementing employee performance management processes, including goal/ KPIs setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Coordinate employees’ engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employees' records and relevant paperwork.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Assist with other Department admin tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge about Qatar Labor Law and its Amendments.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform manual tracking.
- Adds:

- Knowledge of QFC regulations.
- Arabic Speaker.
