**Job Title**: HR and Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Recruitment Process Management**:
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- ** Onboarding and Offboarding**:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training schedules, visa processing, and documentation etc.
- Conduct exit interviews and handle the offboarding process in compliance with company policies.
- ** Employee Records Management**:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Generate reports and analyze data related to employee records as needed.
- ** HR Administration**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as managing HR databases, preparing HR-related reports, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- ** General Administration**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and conducive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on recruitment.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and recruitment portals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
