DHL Global Freight Forwarding Qatar has an opening for an **HRBP **where you will support to develop and administer various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies and current legislation. **In this HRBP position**
- You will provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities.
- You will undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle - sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. providing legal advice, analyzing data trends.
- You will coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as Talent Management & Sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc.
- You will focus on delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR process and policies.
- You will analyze HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements.
- You will enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations.
- You will need to may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
- You will Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function.
- You will build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns.
- You will address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
- You will be an Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.

**Now, here’s what we need from you**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- HR Certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships
- Proven experience of delivery of organizational change projects
- Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc.
