We are looking for a competent Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance in facilities. The supervisor will be responsible for training staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations. An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. He must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as Electrical HVAC and Civil etc.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Inspects facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance and Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Inspects and maintain building systems on a weekly basis Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitors inventory of materials and equipment
- Participates in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Arranges for and manages appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.
- Prepares budgets and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed.
- Procurement: Assist the Procurement officer on special projects focused on cost reduction initiatives and process improvement and purchase materials from the local market in case if its required for urgent replacement.
- Team Management: make sure team members perform their tasks in a timely and organized manner. Their responsibilities include assigning tasks, training employees, providing feedback, mediating interpersonal conflicts, and implementing company procedures
- Answer all emergency calls 24/7) from tenant and take necessary actions as required.
- Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned time to time based on business requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance Supervisor or similar role: 5 years (required)
- Technical Knowledge of all Building Systems: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Qatari Driver License (required)
