Senior Manager Facilities Management

**About the role**:
As a Senior Manager Facilities Management Midfield, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:
Ensures all facilities are capable of serving their intended functions and provide a safe, clean, effective environment meeting tenants, occupiers, end users and customer requirements.
**Key responsibilities**
- Establish performance targets and KPls and monitor execution against the same. To ensure all corrective maintenance tasks are attended to as per the stipulated KPls through ongoing supervision and performance monitoring of the contractors.
- Review risk reports as prepared by Managers and determine proactive or corrective action as required.
- Responsible for engineering functions delivering planned and corrective maintenance services.
- Managing contacts to deliver service levels and cost expectations.
- Ensure to complete projects in line with Stakeholders requirements and quality with zero defects through carrying out final inspections and creating snag/punch lists to manage and close out all outstanding / defective works.
- Accountable for the management overview for preventive / corrective maintenance of all assets as per Strategic Asset Management Plan to ensure all assets remain in a serviceable condition with mínimal downtime.
- To carry out audits to assess the business continuity risks and propose any mitigation required to eliminate operational disruptions.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Qualifications

- Detail oriented and the need to provide outputs with limited time schedules.
- Must be well verse will all relevant regulations, statutory requirements and Health and Safety Regulations.
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight work schedules.
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members.

- Must be well versed with ICAO SARPs, FAA requirements and QCAR Regulations of Qatar Civil Aviation.
- Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of all airport systems.
- Provides in-depth expertise in the given engineering discipline, providing real time solutions and fixes in technical area of Facilities Management and Maintenance.
