**About the role**:
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Assisting in time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note taking.
- Working closely with the management team and project team.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Management of SVP diary for meeting, tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Booking business travel arrangements.
Qualifications
**About you**:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in personal assistant (P.A.) or secretariat position
- A brilliant multi-tasker.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Flexible and effective in handling different situations.
- Attentive to details.
- Excellent English language oral, written and presentation skill required.
- Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational ability in setting priorities, handle multiple responsibilities work, interruptions and meet deadlines.
