**Overview of the role**:

- The primary focus of the role will be to manage F&I (Finance and Insurance) process and sales within the branch network.

**What you will do**:

- Ownership of end-to-end Finance and Insurance performance and results.
- Assisting with selling the maximum number of New and used vehicles.
- Optimize the sales of value-added products.
- Optimize the sales of conventional and Islamic Finance products.
- Manage customer engagement.
- Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded on to Fastrack.
- Manage documentation flow between hub staff and Finance and Insurance.
- Work with the Showroom Manager/Showroom supervisor to achieve all targets.

**Required Skills to be successful**:
1. Finance and Insurance experience in automotive.
2. Customer management experience.
3. Data management.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

**About the Team**:

- Reporting to the Dealer Principal and will work closely with the Sales team and internal and external stakeholders.

**What equips you for the role**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- 6 years’ Finance and Insurance experience within automotive.
- Data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
