**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct needs analysis to propose tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Qatar, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of IT solutions and software products.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
