Job Title: IT Application Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Analyst to join our team at NAIR SYSTEMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain ERP systems, including Oracle EBS, with excellent knowledge of all modules, particularly Finance, HR, and PRO.
  • Deal with and manage Budget & Planning, MIS QCB reporting, and Board, Profit, Loss, Actuals, and other reporting requirements.
  • Manage IFRS17 and Oracle BI analytic tool and MS Power BI.
  • Deal with and manage BPM and process automation, SDLC full project cycle experience, and system integrations and APIs.
  • System requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, and implementation, as well as solution architectures and design aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Write technical specifications documents and design solutions resulting from BRDs and functional specifications documents.
  • Functional and business knowledge in Finance and Insurance business, with excellent skills and knowledge of budgeting and board reporting and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Project Management and preparation of documents like Project Plans, WBS, and Project Status reports.
  • Data structure design, development, and creation of packages, procedures, and functions based on business requirements in Oracle Database 10G+.
  • Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning of Oracle reporting databases.
  • Provision of support and assistance in the design, testing, tuning, and implementation of database applications.
  • Writing and tuning data ingestion procedures from external suppliers and partners using PL/SQL, SQL loader, and 3rd party tools like Toad.
  • Deal with complex data models and object relational database mapping, while producing complex reports.
Requirements:
  • General Insurance and Motor hands-on experience and full understanding and strong skills and background.
  • Strong skills and knowledge of Oracle Database 10G+ and related tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
