About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Process Design and Requirements Lead and drive the design and implementation of our Source to Settle process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, system design, and implementation, as well as experience in leading change management work streams.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the Source to Settle process
  • Develop business processes for Source to Settle
  • Conduct review sessions to ensure alignment of solution design with business requirements
  • Support the development of functional requirements specification and requirements traceability matrix
  • Participate in workshops with stakeholders to develop and review business processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, system design, and implementation
  • Proven track record of driving change management work streams
  • Strong understanding of business process controls, reporting requirements, and authorization considerations
