Job Title: Interior Designer and Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer and Sales Professional to join our team at Talent Pal. As an Interior Designer and Sales Professional, you will be responsible for defining design and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our company culture, products, image, and target market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy according to the organization's culture, products, image, and target market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate relationships with clients to sell and develop future business.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly sales goals, delivery goals, and creating and maintaining a client base.
  • Responsible for attracting and bringing in new clients and projects to the company.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, professional attitude, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in Interior Design and Sales.
  • 2 years of experience in Furniture/Interior Decorations.
  • QID (Qatar ID) is required.
