Job Title: Interior Designer and Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer and Sales Professional to join our team at Talent Pal. As an Interior Designer and Sales Professional, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our company culture, products, and target market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that showcases our products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
  • Stay up-to-date on interior design trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Interior Design and Sales, with a focus on high-end brands.
  • Strong knowledge of furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to create computer-based floor plans and work with design software and templates.
