Job Summary:

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer & Sales professional to join our team. As an Interior Designer & Sales, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our company culture, products, and target market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive visual merchandising plan that showcases our products in an attractive and appealing manner.

2. Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

3. Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

4. Stay up-to-date with interior design trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in Interior Design & Sales, with a strong background in furniture and interior decorations.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

3. Strong product knowledge, including furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in design software and templates.

2. Ability to calculate curtains and wallpapers.

3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
