About the Role:

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer & Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and design team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our company culture, products, image, and target market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive visual merchandising plan that showcases our products in an attractive and appealing manner.

2. Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

3. Collaborate with the design team to create beautiful and functional spaces that meet our clients' expectations.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends and industry developments to ensure our products and services remain competitive.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in interior design and sales, with a strong background in visual merchandising.

2. Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

4. Strong product knowledge and understanding of construction features, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with design software and templates, including AutoCAD, VRay, Photoshop, and 3D Max.

2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
