We are a leading organization in the Controls, Fire & Security industry, with a strong presence in the Qatar market. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Qatar. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for growing our Controls, Fire & Security business and driving the growth of our Install division segment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the Qatar market and excellent stakeholder management skills. They will also have the ability to communicate complex business ideas and influence key stakeholders, consultants, and owners.

As a Sales Manager, you will use your experience and knowledge of the CFS market to forecast and develop an annual sales plan. You will regularly evaluate the efficiency of business processes according to organizational objectives and apply improvements, while also gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.

You will focus on developing long-term customer relationships and drive your territory growth by creating competitive proposals and participating in the tendering and bidding process. You will also lead the Sales team to ensure a high-performance culture and maximize performance by coaching, developing, and succession planning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading Sales for BMS, Fire & Security business in the Qatar market.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
