Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Power International Holding Qatar. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our buildings and ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Supervise and instruct the cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the building are cleaned to a high standard.
  2. Inspect and Monitor Cleaning Operations: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning operations are being carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  3. Report and Resolve Issues: Identify and report any issues or concerns related to cleaning operations, and work with the facilities management team to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Maintain Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored, and that they are available for use by cleaning staff as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
